Jenny contacted ONC to request assistance. Her home had a deteriorating outside stairway. We found old lumber, rusted roof supports and no railings. Upon further investigation, we found an old an insecure stairway in the rear of the home. After careful planning, it was decided to construct a new stairway in the rear of the home, and to add 4″X4″ posts to support the side roof, and to simply add new lumber to the side stairway. Spindle railings were added to both stairs. Jenny also had a driveway gate that was sagging and difficult to close. Some hardware was replaced and the gate can now be securely closed.
